Service Overview
From voltage and resistance to frequency and rotational speed, Soft Tech Serv provides ISO/IEC 17025-accredited, NIST-traceable calibration for the electrical and rotational instruments that keep your processes safe and your data trustworthy.
What we calibrate
We calibrate digital multimeters (DMMs), detectors and sensors, tachometers, precision timers, and centrifuges — verifying rotational speed and, where applicable, timer accuracy — across handheld and benchtop instruments.
Accredited, traceable method
Calibrations are performed with references traceable to NIST, recording as-found and as-left results and measurement uncertainty across the functions and ranges you actually use.
Every service concludes with a detailed ISO 17025 calibration certificate documenting the reference standards used, environmental conditions, measured results against specified tolerances, NIST traceability, and a clear pass/fail determination — the documentation your quality system needs for GxP, GMP, and FDA audits.
Why it matters
Inaccurate electrical or speed measurements can undermine safety, process control, and product quality. Regular calibration keeps these instruments within specification and provides legally defensible documentation for your quality system.
Flexible service delivery
Many electrical and rotational instruments can be calibrated on-site with portable standards for immediate return to service; equipment requiring controlled laboratory conditions is identified during the quote.
