Service Overview
Soft Tech Serv ensures the mechanical integrity and accuracy of your tools with ISO/IEC 17025-accredited, NIST-traceable force and mass metrology. When you apply torque, measure force, or weigh a sample, certified accuracy protects quality, safety, and repeatable results.
What we calibrate
We calibrate torque wrenches and torque tools, calibrated mass and weight sets, force gauges, and pressure and flow instruments, supporting both manufacturing quality control and laboratory measurement.
Accredited, traceable method
Calibrations use references traceable to NIST and document as-found and as-left performance with measurement uncertainty. Torque tools are evaluated against recognized practice (for example, ISO 6789), and weight sets are verified across your working range.
Every service concludes with a detailed ISO 17025 calibration certificate documenting the reference standards used, environmental conditions, measured results against specified tolerances, NIST traceability, and a clear pass/fail determination — the documentation your quality system needs for GxP, GMP, and FDA audits.
Why it matters
Out-of-tolerance torque or mass measurements can cause assembly failures, inaccurate results, and safety risks. Regular calibration prevents costly errors and satisfies ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality requirements.
Flexible service delivery
Choose on-site calibration, local pick-up and delivery, or nationwide mail-in service — all delivering the same ISO 17025-accredited quality and NIST-traceable certificates.
