Service Overview
Beyond specialized equipment, Soft Tech Serv provides ISO/IEC 17025-accredited, NIST-traceable calibration for the everyday instruments your research and testing depend on — keeping the fundamental tools of your lab reliable, accurate, and audit-ready.
What we calibrate
We calibrate density meters, desiccators, sonicators, and stirring plates and hotplates, along with analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers and pH meters, supporting the quality and integrity of your daily operations.
Accredited, traceable method
Calibrations use references traceable to NIST and follow manufacturer specifications and recognized practice (such as USP requirements where applicable), documenting as-found and as-left results with measurement uncertainty.
Every service concludes with a detailed ISO 17025 calibration certificate documenting the reference standards used, environmental conditions, measured results against specified tolerances, NIST traceability, and a clear pass/fail determination — the documentation your quality system needs for GxP, GMP, and FDA audits.
Why it matters
General instruments are easy to overlook, yet inaccurate temperature, speed, pH, or optical readings quietly affect results. Routine calibration protects data quality and keeps your processes defensible.
Flexible service delivery
Choose on-site calibration, local pick-up and delivery, or nationwide mail-in service depending on instrument portability and your operational needs.
